Our integrated employment-related services consist of: human resource administration, regulatory and compliance management, safety and risk management, payroll administration, retirement plan services, and employee benefits management.

I am a 30 year retired Air Force Veteran. I have 30 years of benefit plan design and Human Resource management experience. I help businesses outgrow their competition through employee development, cost stabilization and risk mitigation. I have a 24 year old daughter who lives in Indianapolis. I volunteer for Gahanna Residence In Need and VFW Post 4719. Chuck & Ardith Mers are my incredible parents and we are all members of St. Paul's Church in Westerville.
