She began as an assistant to an escrow processor and worked her way up to her current position as Director of Operations. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management from Ohio Dominican University, and an MBA with an emphasis in leadership from Ohio Dominican. She has a husband, Jared, and a daughter, Katy. Amy is active in her hometown church, Church of the Ascension, in Johnstown, Ohio. Her faith is an important part of her leadership style and her business mindset.
